The Rufs: 3.23.2014

Wowza!  It's been a crazy picture-taking weekend for this gal!  But I love it--the only thing that could have made it better would have been if it would have been 70 degrees and sunny instead of 40 degrees and windy.  Oh well.

With that said, the adorable Ruf family elected for inside pictures (duh. I don't blame them!  It's flippin' cold out!), and after scoping out some locations, we settled on the lovely Jewel Box in Forest Park.  If you've never been to the Jewel Box, you should definitely check it out.  It's small, but perfect for cold-day-outside-looking pictures with great light.  And it's only $1 a person (donation) to get in!  Definitely a bargain.  It actually turned out to be quite warm inside--which was good since it was so windy and cold (albeit deceiving with the sun out) outside.

This family was so great--very photogenic, adorable kiddos, and willing to take a gazillion different pictures and poses.  The little ones did very well for our hour shoot--I seriously hope my own kids behave that well for pictures in the future!

Anyways, enjoy their photos from the beautiful Jewel Box!  I sure enjoyed taking them!
